Directions

From the North:
New York State Thruway (I-87) to Exit 17. Take I-84 West to Exit 6. Turn right at end of ramp. Turn right onto Route 17K west. Continue down 17K west until you see the HHHRA event signs-Barron Road (HQ and Field Test Grounds) will be a few miles down on your left.

From the West:
I-84 East to Exit 5. Turn left at end of ramp onto Route 208, at the traffic light turn right onto Route 17K. Barron Road (HQ and Field Test Grounds) will be a few miles down on your right.

From the East:
I-84 West to Exit 6. Turn right at end of ramp. Turn right onto Route 17K west. Continue down 17K west until you see the HHHRA event signs-Barron Road (HQ and Field Test Grounds) will be a few miles down on your left.

Field Test Headquarters/Grounds:
Headquarters will be at the Barron Road gate entrance to Stewart State Forest starting at 7:30am on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. Please check-in at the Block House (located just down the road from the gate) with the Field Test Secretary (Kim Schiller) before heading to your stake and to obtain an event catalog.

*NOTE: The gate will be manned until 9:00 am each morning of the event, after which time, the gate will be locked. The combination for the HHHRA lock is 3333. Please make sure that you re lock the gate in the same manner in which you found it (with the HHHRA lock on one end of the chain, and the DEC lock on the other). This is a requirement of Stewart State Forest and New York State DEC, if not complied with, all dog clubs using the property will lose access/approval to get a permit for the use of the land - So please be sure NOT to leave the gate unlocked or improperly locked.
